Life is just better with your four-legged companion at your side. That’s why we offer pet-friendly apartments in Seattle. Each of our apartment homes provides room for you and your pet to roam.

  • Maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit.
  • Maximum weight of each pet should be 40 pounds or less.
  • Breed restrictions apply.
  • Deposit of $300 and $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
  • $35 monthly pet rent.
  • Pet must be spayed/neutered
